At Being Health, we operate on a one-time payment model for all consultations, sessions, and programs. Once the payment has been made and your session or onboarding process has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
All our work involves personalized consultation, analysis, and intellectual property that cannot be returned, resold, or reassigned once initiated. As the nature of our service is entirely customized to each client’s emotional and mental wellness needs, the results and outcomes depend on multiple personal factors. Therefore, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of participation, completion, or perceived outcomes.
You may download or take a screenshot of your payment confirmation or online receipt through the payment gateway at the time of transaction. This serves as an official acknowledgment of your payment — no separate receipt will be issued.
In case of non-payment or delayed payment of any installment, access to all sessions and services will be suspended immediately until payment is received in full.
Tokens are strictly non-refundable.
If payment for services rendered remains outstanding beyond the agreed timeline, Being Health reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal and recovery measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and accept that all transactions with Being Health are final and non-refundable.
